I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. After spending most of my life stressed and unfulfilled, I’m now on the path to a beautiful life that I have created through a healthy diet, sustainable self-care rituals and a whole lot of patience and perseverence. How do I know if this program is for me?
If you’re always looking for ways to improve your health and well-being, you’re trying new diets and/or trends but nothing seems to last or you feel overwhelmed with the infinite information, this program is definitely for you. My goal is to guide you through your health journey by helping you tune into your body and by giving you the tools you need to succeed.
What is the amount of investment I have to put into the program?
It is an investment to change your life. We can talk about hundreds of health related topics but if you don’t take the time to take action, it won’t work. BUT if you are motivated and apply what we talk about, I promise you that you will be rewarded in ways that you are probably not expecting! Don’t worry, I only focus on small steps at a time to not overwhelm you and to give you the time to process the information and try it out. A small step can make a huge difference if you just give it a chance.
What does one-on-one coaching look like?
You will get 12 one-on-one online coaching sessions that are spread out over 6 months (one session every other week). These sessions are 50 mins long and we will talk about various subjects like diet, physical activity, spirituality, career and relationships. The sessions are entirely personalized to your own needs and interests. I believe in bio-individuality (everyone is different) and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
