You will have access to the full video library, get new video uploads every week and at least one live class.

-The frequency of the videos will vary but usually you will get 3 new uploads every week. Usually you will get one full-length class, the second one 45-30mins and the last one a bit shorter.

-All levels are welcome. I offer a big range of themes and focuses so there are options for everyone.

-I offer mainly vinyasa style classes but I like to change it up and make the flows my own. You will also have regular yin yoga sessions.

-All the sessions are pre-recorded so that you can access them whenever you feel like it. The live sessions will also appear in the library.

-I am available for questions and open for requests for future classes.

-As a current member, you will also get priority for signing up to my retreats.
